Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Rates (United States)

• Standard: $8.00, free on orders of $50 or more
• Express: $15.00

Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier.

How we pack

Every single ships sleeved and in a top loader, packed so it can't move in transit.

High-value orders

Orders over $500 ship insured and require a signature on delivery.

Break spots

Cards from a break ship within 2 business days of the rip, not the purchase date. Each break listing says which cards ship (for example, hits, chrome and rookies only).

Where we ship

We ship from the Kansas City area to addresses in the United States. Outside the US? Email hello@shopcardboard.com with the card and your country and we'll quote international shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopcardboard.com with photos. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier, and if a card arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll replace or refund it.
